The Access.

It is true that, unlike public organizations which are usually open to everyone, there are also certain other places where having specific access is important – access that can only be given on the basis of certain qualifications.

As a medical professional, one cannot have access to the operation theater without the appropriate recognition, as anyone caught doing so will be accused or penalized.

Sometime ago I was startled by an early morning phone call from a friend working in the hospital theatre. He said “Aanuoluwapo, don’t just come into the theater [with what you helped me with], please give the material to the health assistant at the entrance to give to me.”

I felt bad. That statement kept ringing in my head and I thought within myself, aren’t I a medical staff personnel like those working in the theater, even if I work in a different? What could be so special about access to the hospital theatre?

This is the same way that many are frustrated . They try to reach God, but find themselves groping the air. Whereas we can only be reconciled to God through Jesus Christ; our Access.

For through Him we both have our access in one Spirit to the Father.

No one can claim to have know God and not possess the characteristics of Jesus. No one can claim to be of God without first going through Christ. Jesus Christ is the way we approach God.

As believers who are reconciled with God or even just people who want to be identified with Him, we need remember that only Christ is our provision of access to God, and that Christ definitely makes life better. Accept Jesus today.
