There was once a man who attempted to pull off a great escape. You can perhaps call it the greatest escape of all time. Fortunately for him, he never got his attempt off the ground. Here’s what he had to say about his experience:
“Where could I go from your Spirit? Where could I run and hide from your face? If I go up to heaven, you’re there! If I go down to the realm of the dead, you’re there too! If I fly with wings into the shining dawn, you’re there! If I fly into the radiant sunset, you’re there waiting!”
(Psalm 139:7-9, TPT)

Has there ever been a time in your life where God seemed so far away? Are you perhaps there now? Here’s the truth: that feeling of distance is an illusion. Because wherever the vicissitudes (ups-and-downs) of life may take you, God is already there, waiting for you. Nothing, absolutely nothing can separate you from the love of Christ (Romans 8:38-39).
Different things could sponsor this illusion of distance, and Sin’s one of them (Isaiah 59:1-2). If the story of the prodigal son is anything to go by, God is already waiting for you at the point of repentance (Luke 15:10-32).
But sometimes, life can keep chucking lemon after lemon at you, making you feel like there’s no hope for any kind of help. In those times we must learn to refocus our gaze on Jesus, even in the midst of the raging mess all around. It’s what saved Peter from drowning (Matthew 14:30-31).
“Wherever I go, your hand will guide me; your strength will empower me. It’s impossible to disappear from you or to ask the darkness to hide me, for your presence is everywhere, bringing light into my night.”
(Psalm 139:10-11, TPT)

Short, simple, and with a very beautiful message! Thank you Sir.
