What is your vision towards achieving heavenly purpose?

‘Vision’ in my understanding as a believer is the picture of destiny, one’s knowledge of his/her role in Kingdom fulfilment.
A life that will be counted as one lived well is one in which an individual has sought to understand God purpose and worked to do his/her part in it.
The benefits of this chosen life include;
- A clearer understanding of your identity in Christ so that you don’t feel defined by the opinions and expectations of others, embracing instead the uniqueness of how God has made you and what spaces He has called you to occupy.
- Growing in character to be more Christlike and holy as you align with God’s Word and build relationships that embody the love of God, reflecting His heart.
We were all created to carry out a purpose higher than our personal interests and ambitions. This is why our duty all the time is to seek God before we take steps towards anything.
Know this; whatever your vision looks like, so long as it is God-given, there is enough room in the world enough. What you need is to do is to align it with the cooperate vision of the christian race, which is to make Christ known, ensuring that you write the vision down and set goals towards achieving it because an unwritten vision without a well thought-out plan is merely an idea that, in no time, will become diffused into nothingness.
[25] Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receive the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.
[26] And every man that strive for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they [do it] to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.
1 Corinthians 9:25-26 (KJV)
The importance of having a vision, a purpose, cannot be overstressed. This is because it will serve as your propeller – in other words, a driving factor – for you in your Christian walk.
