So every morning, afternoon and evening, we would rush to our little cups, hoping something had happened. For days, nothing changed. The soil looked the same, still, we kept watering and waiting. Deep down, we believed something was going to happen even if we could not see it yet.
Don’t let that instruction sit in your journal while you weigh people’s opinions or wait for the “perfect” time. The truth is, the perfect time is now. Obedience delayed is often obedience denied.
Sometimes fear doesn’t show up dramatically, it shows up in small ways. Like hesitation when you’re meant to speak, or overthinking things you used to do freely.
Sometimes, without even realizing it, we start to drift. One fear here, one delay there, and suddenly, our hearts begin to question what we once believed so boldly.
It was a quiet morning in a town I visited recently. The part of town I was in at that time was surrounded by a number hills of different sizes and shapes. The air was cool, but my mind was busy with so many thoughts.
