As a believer, how do you perceive stewardship?
In my perspective, stewardship is not merely about managing one aspect of your life (such as money or service in church), it is about faithfully managing everything God has placed in our care.

Our lives belong to God and He deserves our very best — not our leftovers, not our convenience, and not the years we have left after pursuing our own ambitions.
We must neither become complacent nor delay our obedience, assuming that we will have more time tomorrow. Tomorrow is not promised, but today is an opportunity to honor God.
Every breath we take is a gift from God and a reminder that we are stewards of His grace, entrusted with time, talents, resources, and opportunities to advance His Kingdom.
Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might, for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.
Ecclesiastes 9:10 (KJV)
Believers are called to run our race with purpose and endurance. Hebrews 12:1 encourages us to run with perseverance the race marked out for us:
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us
Hebrews 12:1 (KJV)
Also, Romans 12:11 instructs us to never be lacking in zeal, but to instead keep our spiritual fervor:
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Romans 12:1 (KJV)
Let us therefore be urgent in our stewardship. Let us use our gifts, influence, and resources to glorify God while we still have the opportunity. So that, at the end of our journey, we will be able to declare, with confidence, as the Apostle Paul did:
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
2 Timothy 4:7 (KJV)
God deserves your best, even as we wrap up the first half of the year. Do not postpone your commitment to serve faithfully, steward wisely, and run your race for His glory while the opportunity remains.
Do not live for yourself today, while hoping to give God your future by the end of the year (or some other later time). The time to serve Him wholeheartedly is NOW.

May the Lord help us all to be stewards every moment of our lives. May He find us faithful when we are still here and when we see Him in glory.
